@ Designed, built, installed and managed the Internet server cluster that scaled to support thousands of users to tens of thousands of users with 99.9% uptime, most of which still in active use and runs without fail today.

@ Designed workflow for tiered support of both commercial and residential customers, as well as service monitoring and response procedures.

@ Consulted with larger business customers about dedicated server design and implementation.

@ Directly involved with product design, marketing, and support during most successful growth period in company history.

@ Led in the installation and design of a network-wide back up system based on open standards and enacted system-wide revision control and modification tracking on key source and configuration files.

@ Designed and implemented automated system-wide secure customer provisioning and distribution system.
